Despite your best efforts to help her out in the Crimson Mirelands, Zeke’s sister, Wanda, will get lost again in the Cobalt Coastlands. You’ll once again need to ride on Ursaluna and use its sense of smell to find Wanda, wherever she is.

Thankfully, we’ve saved you the trouble of having to search all over the area to find her and complete Gone Astray in the Coastlands. This is Wanda’s exact location on the map:

This time around, Wanda has somehow found herself on an island in the Cobalt Coastlands. More specifically, she’s on Castaway Shore, just south of Veilstone Cape. The easiest way to get to her is by using Basculegion to swim across the water from Ginkgo Landing. To unlock Basculegion as a ride Pokemon, simply follow the main story quest in the coastlands.

Once you’ve found Wanda, return to Zeke to receive a reward. This time, he’ll give you a Star Piece for your finishing up the request. Since this has become a real questline, you can be sure Wanda will get lost again in the future.
