How to Do an All-Out Attack in Persona 5

Recommended Videos

Persona 5 is all about the team you form bonds with and meet along your adventure. This concept continues even into fighting, where you will once again be able to do an all-out attack with the team that’s left standing in the middle of a fight. It’s a staple for the series, after all.

When you’ve hit each enemy’s weak point, they will get knocked down. Once all of them are down, you will then automatically initiate a hold-up. So long as the protagonist is not pre-occupied in some way, that is. Like if he’s knocked down himself, or if he’s under some negative ailment.

If he’s good, the hold up will commence and you’ll have some options on what you can do. If you hit triangle, you’ll commence the all-out attack. What this is, is a really cool little cutscene that will end in most enemies being killed instantly. If they’re really strong, they may survive, but it’s a super powerful move that will finish off your enemies quickly.

So, remember, go for the weak point of each enemy and then hit triangle during the hold up to get the fight done quickly!
