Need for Speed Heat: How to Sell Cars

The new Need for Speed game, Heat, is out now and it’s trying to bring the series back to glory after five years of disappointing entries. As usual, you’re going to be buying cars and upgrading them to give you a better chance in races. In case you’re after some more cash for upgrades, here’s everything you need to know about how to sell cars in Need for Speed Heat.

You’ll get given some cars as you play the game, and as the requirements for some races increase, you’ll need to buy new cars to progress.

That will leave you with some older, less powerful cars that you don’t want to use. It’s annoying to just have them sitting in your garage gathering dust.

How to Sell Cars in Need for Speed Heat?

Working out how to sell cars in the game is pretty tricky. For starters, we couldn’t find the option to begin with.

What you need to do is go to your Garage and then select Showcase. Then, change to the option that shows your cars, rather than your crew’s. You will then be able to select the car you want to sell and select the ‘Sell Car’ option.

This is the only place you can go to get some cash for your cars. Other locations don’t give you the option.

Do note, however, that you cannot sell your starter car. That is presumably because EA don’t want you to be left without any cars at all. It’s a safety net of sorts.
