How to Redeem Pre-Order DLC Items in NBA 2K18

Recommended Videos

Although NBA 2K18’s official release date isn’t until next week, if you pre-ordered the game, you’ll actually be able to jump in now thanks to the Early Tip-Off access. That’s not the only thing you get for pre-ordering, though, and as such, you may be wondering exactly what you need to do to redeem your pre-order DLC items in NBA 2K18.

Well, all you need to do is redeem your code on your PS4, Xbox One, Switch, or PC as you would any other digital content. Once the code inside the box has been redeemed on your account, simply start up NBA 2K18 and you should find your free VC, MyTeam packs, and whatever else you got with your edition of the game.

Outside of that, there’s not much else to it. All of your pre-order and special edition DLC items should appear on your account as and when they’re available. It’s worth noting that you won’t get all of your MyTeam Packs as soon as you start up the game. Instead, you’ll get one a week until you’ve gone through them all.
