Changing Character Appearance in Monster Hunter Rise

At the start of the game, you’ll get to create your character and take on quests with them. However, if you get bored of your character’s look about midway through, the good news is that you can change your character appearance pretty much any time you want.

All you have to do is interact with the item box in Kamura Village, then choose the option that says Appearance Settings. From here, you can change virtually everything about your character, including body type, hairstyle, and other facial features at no cost whatsoever.

You can do this as many times as you want, so don’t be afraid to keep experimenting with your character’s appearance until you find a look that you really like in the game.

In addition to that, you can further customize your character with different outfits and armor that you can craft as you slay more monsters and collect parts from them.

Even better, Monster Hunter Rise also features the Layered Armor system, which allows you to take on the appearance of any armor set you’ve crafted in the game so far without compromising the stats of what you currently have equipped.

Your Layered Armor options can also be customized at the item box, and you can even create loadouts so that you can change between appearances quickly.
