Doing so isn’t as simple as laying out a single line of blocks, looping around to create what slightly resembles a circle. You have to be more precise with the block placement to get it just right. To create a circular or spherical structure, make a circular frame that outlines all vertices with the largest circle. Once you have done that, you simply fill in the empty areas with circles that match the layer that it is on. Alternatively, you can build the larger circle that could be at the center of your structure and build outwards on each side, getting smaller with each layer. That is probably the most simple way of building a circular structure in Minecraft but it isn’t the best aesthetically.
