Is Metro Exodus On Game Pass? Answered

Recommended Videos

The third installment in 4A Games’ Metro series sees Artyom and his friends leave the tunnels beneath Moscow to venture into the open Russian world. With the game being on Xbox One, you might be wondering if Metro Exodus is on Game Pass. Well, we have your answer.

Late last year, there were rumors circling that the game would come to Xbox Game Pass at launch. An image was being shared that suggested that both Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Metro Exodus would come to the service last fall, when they were both originally slated to release.

They would have been the first third-party titles to launch on the service, and since the Tomb Raider reboot series was once exclusive to Microsoft’s console, it made some sense.

However, Shadow of the Tomb Raider launched in September and Metro Exodus was delayed to this month, and neither came to the service.

So, the short answer is no, the game is not currently on Game Pass, and there has been no suggestion that it will come to the service any time soon.

The Redux (remastered) games, Last Light and 2033, are available to Game Pass subscribers, so it is certainly a possibility that Exodus arrives sometime in the future, just don’t expect it to be very soon.

Of course, if it is ever announced that Metro Exodus is coming to Game Pass, we’ll be sure to update you here. The game is worth buying, though. As we said in our review, it “proves that Metro can be much more than a journey through dark and decaying tunnels.”

That’s everything you need to know about whether Metro Exodus is on Game Pass. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to check out our Metro Exodus wiki guide.
