How to Get the Monorail in Jurassic World Evolution

Recommended Videos

Despite your mind probably immediately racing to that Simpsons episode whenever you hear the word monorail, it is actually something that exists outside the realms of Springfield. In fact, what classier way to have your park’s visitors survey the many dinosaurs on show than by getting a monorail to the various different attractions. As such, you’ll probably want to know how to build one in Jurassic World Evolution, particularly considering the game doesn’t do the best job of explaining what you actually need to do to meet its building requirements.

First things first, the monorail is expensive. It’ll cost you $2 million just to research, and you’ll need to have two Research Centers in order to do so. This means you’ll need to get a three-star rating on the first island with a Research Center, before moving onto the second island and setting up another, as you’re unable to build more than one on each island.

Once this has done, use our guide for getting money fast in Jurassic World Evolution to get the $2 million together and research it from the Buildings tab under the Research menu. Once it’s all done, you can find the Monorail Station under the Guests tab. Then it’s simply a case of connecting the stations together and laying down the route of the track around your park however you see fit.

That’s all you need to know to get the monorail in Jurassic World Evolution. For more on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
