Is the Prey Opening Hour Demo Coming to PC?

Recommended Videos

Arkane Studios has released a demo for its upcoming sci-fi title, Prey. As the title suggest, the demo will allow players to try out the game’s opening hour. This will see players waking up as Morgan Yu for their very first day on the job. Of course, it doesn’t take long for everything to go horribly wrong.

This demo offers players the perfect opportunity to figure out if they like Prey before they commit to picking it up on May 5. While players on PS4 and Xbox One can fairly simply find the demo in their respective stores to download, it’s a little different for PC players.

Unfortunately, the Prey Opening Hour demo isn’t coming to PC. For one reason or another, Arkane Studios opted to make this a console-exclusive demo. As such, you’ll either need to check it out on an Xbox One or PS4 if you have one or just sit tight until the game’s full release on May 5.

It’s not necessarily a bad thing, though. At least you won’t have to play through the game’s opening chunk a second time on release day.
