All walks of life in BitLife require some form of a natural aptitude in whatever field you choose. Doctors, for example, need a high Smarts stat, while being a model is all about looks. If you decide you’d like to pursue a career in sports, you’ve got to worry about staying healthy, as well as your athleticism.
How to Improve Your Athleticism in BitLife
The thing about athleticism in BitLife is that you should be working on it from an early age. You’ve barely started elementary school and you’re already putting time into exercise. We’ll start there, shall we?
- Age up until you’re 8 years old.
At this point, you’ll have the option to take martial arts and go on walks. Don’t push yourself too hard in either front (or risk lowering your Happiness stat). Practice a few times and go on a few walks before advancing another year.
- Age up until you’re 12 years old.
Now that you’re 12, you’ll be able to add the gym to your yearly routine, along with walking and martial arts. You’ll find it under Mind & Body in the Activities tab.
- Join a sport at school.
One of the best ways to improve your athleticism in BitLife is through school sports. Select your school from the School tab, then go into Activities to pick one. If you were in the dark about your athleticism stat, just viewing one of the sports will showcase how strong (or weak) you are!
With all these activities working in tandem, you’ll easily increase your athleticism in BitLife pretty quickly. What do you plan on doing with all that physical strength? I assume being an athlete of some kind, in which case, knowing how to get the Ballon d’Or Award is helpful. You’d be surprised by how rich you can get with a good physique!
