The process of changing your outfit or fleece in Cult of the Lamb is simple. Head to the Temple, and in the ‘Crown’ section, you can choose to purchase new fleeces and choose which you want to equip at any given time.
Getting New Outfits and Fleeces
In order to expand your choices, you will need to complete certain side quests such as the ones found in Spore Grove or the Fishing Village. Once completed, you will be given parts of a talisman. Collect them all, and you can unlock more outfits to be purchased at the Temple.
Benefits of Outfits and Fleeces in Cult of the Lamb
On top of changing the look of your cape, different outfits also come with added buffs and debuffs.
For example, the Fleece of the Diseased Heart will give you a diseased heart every time a Tarot card is drawn, but should you perish, you will lose 100% of your items. There are definitely some risks and rewards involved, but the added bonuses are often worth it.

- Fleece of the Diseased Heart: Gain a diseased heart every time a tarot card is drawn, but %100 percent of items will be lost if killed.
- Fleece of the Fates: Draw 4 tarot cards at the start of a run, bun none can be drawn after.
- Fleece of Fragile Fortitude: All hearts will be replaced by 1.5x the amount of blue hearts.
