Support Skills – God Eater 2: Rage Burst

Recommended Videos

Support Skills in God Eater 2: Rage Burst aren’t abilities used in battle. They’re actually potential perks that you can trigger once a mission is complete. Each character has a specific perk that helps to increase your rewards after a victory, which can really help with all of the resource grinding.

To activate a Support Skill you must have the character whose skill you want present in your party. If you don’t bring someone, then you can’t use them, plain and simple. Now all you have to do is complete your mission. When it’s over you will have at least two of your companions’ cards pop up. Each one will have a number of stars on the upper right-hand corner of the card, signifying the level of the skill for this run-through. The higher the star count, the more likely that your selection will be successful.  Choose the card you want and that’s it.

You should note that just because you choose a skill, doesn’t mean it will work. There is always the chance that it just won’t trigger, but you’ll be notified of your success once you’ve made your selection. Also, pay attention to what you’re choosing. For example, you may get a card that says ignore Endurance Requirements for rewards. This grants you the Endurance reward even if you died a lot. But, if you never died, then this is a waste, so pay attention.
