Fist of the North Star Lost Paradise brings together the violent, dramatic series of Yakuza and the classic anime. With the gameplay trappings of Yakuza, and the characters of the anime/manga it’s a unique experience.

You play as Kenshiro, the heir of Hokuto Shinken, an ancient assassination martial art. Even though the game takes place in the post-apocalypse, you’ll still need plenty of money (known as IDL) to get what you want.

There are a few ways of easily making IDL in Fist of the North Star Lost Paradise, luckily. The game consistently lets you wrack up money, and rewards you with it. By far the easiest way is to complete Bounties.

These can be undertaken at the Barracks, just to the right of the main gate at Eden. Bounties are relatively easy to complete, all you have to do is hunt down the target, marked with a skull on your map.

Some involve small stories you’ll need to play through, but pretty much every Bounty is a quick process and rewards you with tons of IDL.

Other ways to earn money in Fist of the North Star Lost Paradise come with the myriad minigames you can play. The Bartender minigame and Manager Kenshiro both reward you with IDL for completing them.

Knocking out a few rounds of each can reward you with a few thousand IDL each time.

Finally, you can sell items to make some quick money. There’s a whole subplot about selling items to Lin that can make you good money. Alternatively, you can head to the Junk Shop over by your buggy and sell any unused items or equipment.

If you’re willing to take a few minutes out of the main story, you should have no problem earning a good amount of IDL in Fist of the North Star Lost Paradise.
