When downloading Fire Emblem Heroes’ updates, a number of players are reporting error code 803-003. This is accompanied by the message “A communications error has occurred.” While Nintendo has yet to explain what exactly this issue is, it’s pretty safe to say that the servers are getting hit pretty hard with everyone trying to download Fire Emblem Heroes at the same time.

In order to get around error code 803-003, you’ll want to simply keep retrying. However, it’s quite likely that by constantly pressing you won’t get anywhere.
