The disappointing FUT Birthday promo is now over but the week isn’t devoid of content with the squad of in-form players from this week’s games continuing. Here are our FIFA 19 Team of the Week 29 (TOTW 29) predictions.

• Thomas Strakosha – GK – Lazio – 85 OVR – Being awarded MOTM after seven saves in Lazio’s 1-0 win over Inter Milan, Strakosha deserves a place in TOTW 29.
• Patrick van Aanholt – RB – Crystal Palace – 81 OVR – His FUTmas card has been a fan favorite this year, but he might get his first in-form after scoring and keeping a clean sheet in their vital win over Wolves on Saturday.
• Kurt Zouma – CB – Everton – 82 OVR – Another defender to score in a 2-0 win, Zouma helped Everton overcome West Ham this weekend.
• Thilo Kehrer – CB – PSG – 81 OVR – He may only have recorded an assist, as well as helping secure the clean sheet, but winning the MOTM award in a 1-0 win is vital.
• Jonas Hector – CM – Cologne – 84 OVR – Playing at CM this week, rather than LB, Hector got a goal and an assist in Cologne’s win.
• Max Kruse – CAM – Werder Bremen – 86 OVR – Playing a little deeper again, Kruse scored twice and assisted a third.
• Emil Forsberg – CAM – RB Leipzig – 84 OVR – Leipzig are playing well again, with Forsberg scoring once, assisting another, and being MOTM this weekend.
• Carlos Vela – RW – LA FC – 86 OVR – Tearing up the MLS once again, Vela scored three and assisted another in LA’s win this weekend. He’s a sure-fire pick for TOTW 29.
• Yussuf Poulsen – ST – Leipzig – 87 OVR – The big Dane’s inclusion may make Forsberg’s less likely, especially considering he scored a hat-trick in Leipzig’s 5-0 win.
• Duván Zapata – ST – Atalanta – 88 OVR – There were some hat-tricks scored by low rated players this week, but EA tend to opt for bigger players, even if they scored fewer. With two goals this week, Zapata will likely make the cut, especially with him having a Headliners card.
• Paco Alcácer – ST – Dortmund – 84 OVR – Another Bundesliga player, Alcacer scored twice to beat Wolfsburg.

The full team will be revealed via EA Sports’ Twitter account at 10 am ET on Wednesday, and the players will be released into packs at 1 pm the same day.
