OK this quest is a bit tricky, but it’s actually extremely easy once you realize the mistake that you made. I did the same thing don’t worry.
In the quest, you’re asked to shower up because you stink, and you head to the Delousery to hit the showers and scrub down. This part is easy enough because it’s marked and you can interact with the shower.
However, the sweet smelling perfume is nowhere to be found. If you’re like me, you ran around in circles trying to find where the sweet smelling perfume is.
The thing is, you’ve had it already this whole time. No, I don’t mean metaphorically, I mean literally. It’s in your Key Items inventory.
To use the sweet smelling perfume, simply select yourself, and then open up to your key items. Select it, and then hit use. You’ll then have a sweet aroma surround you for a few seconds and the objective will progress.
Now you’re finally presentable enough to enter the luxurious city of Eulmore.
