How to Get Far Cry Credits In-Game

Ubisoft’s been adding in microtransactions to the series since the fifth game, and they’re continuing the trend with New Dawn. This spin-off has tons of extra cosmetics you can purchase with something called Far Cry credits.

This is an in-game currency used to buy items such as Prestige weapons, vehicles, and clothes at any boatshed, garage, helipad, or workbench. You can find Far Cry credits in New Dawn in every one of the treasure hunts. These missions are indicated by NPCs with a green diamond over their heads.

Alternatively, you can also resort to paying for Far Cry credits instead. These are part of New Dawn’s microtransactions, and here’s the full list below:

Far Cry Credits  Price (USD)
 500 $4.99
1000 $9.99
2000 $19.99
3500 $34.99
5000 $49.99

It’s definitely worth noting that Prestige items are purely cosmetic and don’t really add anything in Far Cry New Dawn. They essentially act as skins for your items and vehicles, but that’s about it. You won’t need to buy any of these cosmetics to clear content nor will it give you a significant advantage during gameplay.
