How to Get Adelaide & Add Her to Your Squad

Adelaide is one of the many different NPCs you can hire and have fight alongside you in Far Cry 5. She’s a… raunchy kinda woman who seems to talk about sex a lot and very little else. Whether you like her crude commentary or not, Far Cry 5 does have a quest or two which requires you to not only have her unlocked, but to add her to your squad as well.

To get Adelaide in Far Cry 5, you’ll first need to head to Drubman Marina in the Whitetail Mountains. Once the outpost has been liberated, you can then go over and speak to her to complete a quick quest. Once this is complete, Adelaide will then be more than happy to help you out against Eden’s Gate whenever you need it.

To add Adelaide to your squad in Far Cry 5, you’ll want to hit the touchpad (or the View button on Xbox One) and use R1 (RB) to flick through to the Roster menu. Adelaide is in the third column from the left, third down. Simply ensure she’s selected, and press X (A) to confirm your choice and assign her to a slot on the dpad. Back out of the menus and into Hope County and you should soon enough hear the sound of Adelaide’s helicopter speeding your way. Now she’ll follow you wherever you go, providing air support if you happen to run into some enemies.

That’s all you need to know to get Adelaide and add her to your squad in Far Cry 5. For more on the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
