How to Redeem DLC Items in Dynasty Warriors 9

Recommended Videos

If you’ve preordered Dynasty Warriors 9, picked up the season pass, or just happen to have a code that otherwise allows you to redeem DLC in the game, chances are you want to know what you need to do to actually get your hands on it in the game.

To redeem DLC in Dynasty Warriors 9, you’ll first need to ensure you’ve redeemed the code on either the PlayStation or Xbox One store. You’ll do this as you would any other code, by heading to the store and selecting the ‘Redeem Code’/ ‘Use a Code’ option.

When the code has been entered and confirmed, you’ll now need to load up Dynasty Warriors 9 and head into the world of Ancient China. Here, you’ll want to make your way towards one of the major cities. You can find a Trader in these cities, and their locations are marked on your map with a _ icon.

Make your way here and interact with the Trader. You should see a DLC option now available to you in the menu that pops up. Simply select this, and you should now be able to redeem the DLC items your code entitles you to and pop them in your inventory.

That’s all you need to know to redeem DLC items in Dynasty Warriors 9. For more on the game, check out our wiki.
