How to Get a Gun in Dying Light

Recommended Videos

Dying Light is all about beating up zombies to a pulp in order to survive. But what if you’re tired of using a melee weapon? What if you want a gun to spice things up? Sure, they’re louder, but they’re also way more effective. Here’s how to easily get a gun for yourself within the game.

First and foremost, you can buy them eventually within the game. Since this won’t be immediate, though, the fastest way to get one when you first start is by heading to the southeast of the Slums map.

You’re going to be looking for a small house, really close to the giant skull on your map. You’ll know you’re in the right place if you see a sign out front that says the water and food is free for the taking.

Inside, you’ll see a guy that took his own life, and it’s time for you to take his own gun. Badabim badaboom. Circle of life. You’ve got yourself a brand new pistol to go shootin’ around. Careful not to waste ammo needlessly, though!

That’s all there is to getting a gun in Dying Light! If you need more help with the game, leave a comment for us down below. You can also use Twinfinite’s search bar to find the answer yourself, if you’d prefer that!
