Sentinel Batteries are one of the most important items in Doom Eternal. Finding these throughout the game give you access to upgrades and facilities in The Fortress of Doom that’ll make levels feel less impossible. How to Get Sentinel Batteries in Doom Eternal

As you play Doom Eternal, you’ll naturally come across Sentinel Batteries. They are given out as a reward for completing Missions.

Get a certain number of kills with a specific gun or something else likely involving brutally maiming your enemies and you’ll likely get the item as a reward for your troubles. You can see what Missions you have in the menu at any time.

You’ll also receive these items for completing three of the Mission Challenges.

The Fortress of Doom

Once you get your hands on a few batteries, you’ll want to prioritize unlocking the locked doors that house the Sentinal Crystals, Mod Bots, and Praetor Suite Tokens.

Unlocking doors that lead to more Sentinel Crystals awards you with more points. Mod Bots and Praetor Suite Tokens are similar, unlocking gun and suit upgrades you can tailor according to your playstyle.

To unlock every room in The Fortress of Doom, you’ll need 22 Sentinel Batteries.

How to Get Sentinel Batteries in Doom Eternal:

  1. Complete Missions.

    You’ll get these items as rewards for completing general missions like getting kills with a specific weapon.

  2. Complete all three Mission Challenges.

    Successfully completing all three challenges nets you extra rewards. Batteries are one of those rewards.

  3. Use them on doors in The Fortress of Doom.

    Use the batteries on doors to unlock upgrades and perks for Doomguy’s weapons and armor.
