This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

Exotic armor is new to The Division 2, and the Dodge City Exotic Gunslinger Holster is the first piece that’s been introduced in the game. It’s no easy task to get, though, as it requires you to tick off a bunch of different tasks and gather various different components. Here’s a step by step guide on how to get it if you’re struggling.

How to Get Dodge City Gunslinger Exotic Holster in The Division 2

To start, head to the female blueprint vendor in the base of operations to get the project started. It’s called Go West, Young Agent.

Once you’ve got the ball rolling, it’s time to head out to the far north-west of the map to an area called the Riverside Gas Station. You’ll need to take this control point over and clear out the bad guys, then go upstairs and grab all the loot from the cache. You should have been rewarded with the Fast Leather Belt Component.

Now return to the base of operations and turn in the exotic components to complete the project. This will then unlock a new project that tasks you with gathering three more exotic components.

For each piece, you’re required to take out three control points at Rank 4 — one from each of three factions in the game. You don’t need to worry about a specific one, though, just as long as you’ve taken out at least one Outcast, True Sons, and Hyena Rank 4 control point.

Completing each of them, you’ll be rewarded with a component towards your goal: Ornate Leather Holster, Inverted Leather Holster, and Oiled Hammer Guards.

Go back to the base of operations and turn in your components for the final project goal, called Showdown at High Noon Saloon. It isn’t far from the Whitehouse; just head east to the border with Downtown. You have to appear just after 12pm, though, so time it using the in-game clock.

If you’ve done things right, Black Tusk enemies will appear and the named enemy will have the final component on him. Kill them all and grab the Holster: Rind component, then return to the base of operations to complete the goal.

Note that once you have the blueprint you’ll need one Providence and one Petrov holster to actually craft it.
