How to Get Unlock Tokens in CoD WW2

Recommended Videos

If you’ve played Black Ops II or III, chances are you’re already quite familiar with Unlock Tokens. However, for newcomers to the Call of Duty series, or those who just gave these two titles a miss, you may be wondering exactly how you can get more of them and what they do in CoD WW2.

Well, as the name suggests, Unlock Tokens unlock weapons, scorestreaks, equipment, weapon attachments and more. You’ll earn these simply by playing more and more of CoD WW2’s multiplayer mode, so keep chipping away and you’ll slowly but surely unlock more of the arsenal available in the game.

There’s no real way you can increase the number of tokens you’re getting in CoD WW2, at least from our experience in the beta, anyway. Every time you level up, you’ll be given one, so make sure you’re spending them whenever you get the chance. It’s worth noting that just because you have Unlock Tokens, doesn’t mean you can unlock everything from the start. Some items will require you to reach a certain level before you can spend your Unlock Tokens.
