Is Call of Duty: WWII Coming to Nintendo Switch?
Sledgehammer Games is taking the iconic FPS series back to its roots with Call of Duty: WWII. Featuring an immersive single-player campaign that’ll see players storming the beaches of Normandy and experiencing the harrowing reality of war, a compelling multiplayer mode, and the fan-favorite co-op Zombies mode, there’s plenty of reason to be excited. Of course, with so many third-party titles slowly but surely making their way to Nintendo Switch, many players are wondering if Call of Duty: WWII could be next.
Unfortunately, it looks like Call of Duty: WWII won’t be coming to Nintendo Switch. In an interview with Gamespot, Sledgehammer Games’ Bret Robbins confirmed there are “no plans” to bring the title to Nintendo’s latest hardware.
That doesn’t mean we’ll never see a Call of Duty title on the Switch. In fact, there’s always a chance that next year’s entry into the series could hit the Switch alongside the other usual suspects. Of course, if anything changes regarding this year’s title making its way to Nintendo’s hybrid system, we’ll be sure to update this post and let you know.
