How to Get Cryptokeys Fast in Call of Duty: Black Ops III

Recommended Videos

Call of Duty: Black Ops III is out and with it comes different ways to unlock special, cosmetic items. Cryptokeys will allow you to buy Supply Drops that will include upgrades such as new camo and different variants for your calling cards. These can range from Common to Legendary to Epic. It can take a little while to unlock Cryptokeys, and it’ll take 10 to get a Common Supply Drop, while a Rare Supply Drop takes 30. The best way to get them is to simply play the game as much as possible, raising up the Cryptokey unlock bar.

But how does one get them faster? By winning, of course!

There needs to be a big focus on winning matches, rather than just doing well. You might want to head into Free For All or get friends you know are good to take part in Team-based matches as a result. While some people are theorizing that there is some sort of multiplier within the game, this hasn’t been confirmed yet. Some are saying winning consecutively allows you to get more keys, and it would coincide with how wins do in fact build the meter faster.

And, of course, if you want to just get keys without any stress on your life, you can play, have fun, and watch them roll in naturally. But where’s the fun in that?

Do you have any tips for getting Cryptokeys faster? What unlocks have you gotten so far? Let us know in the comments below!
