It’s June, which means it’s officially wedding season in Animal Crossing New Horizons! While this event isn’t quite as beefy as some of the others we’ve seen so far, it does still offer you an opportunity to get some new furniture, and who doesn’t like new furniture? Getting Heart Crystals in Animal Crossing New Horizons
First things first, you need to have Harv’s island unlocked, and you can do this by talking to him when he shows up on your beach after you’ve set up your mandatory three houses on the island. After that, you can fly to his island by talking to Orville at the airport.
On June 1, at 5 a.m., you’ll be able to meet Reese and Cyrus at Harv’s island when you fly out there. They’ll ask you to decorate a wedding-themed room for their anniversary. The better you are at decorating, the more Heart Crystals you’ll get.
Essentially, press down on the d-pad while in the room, then press right to access the storage. Place as many wedding items in the room as you can for the highest possible score, then talk to Reese to take the photo. After that, she’ll reward you with a set number of Heart Crystals based on how well you decorated.
You can only earn Heart Crystals once per day, though, so make it count.
With the Crystals in hand, talk to Cyrus and you can exchange them for wedding-themed furniture. As the event goes on throughout the month, you’ll unlock more furniture to purchase through him. You’ll have until June 30 before the event ends, so you’ll want to pop back each day to collect Crystals and buy all the furniture before that deadline.
