Side scrollers have seen a reresurgence with the advent of mobile gaming. What used to be considered too “old” for gaming is now back with a vengeance. Fighter games have also seen a renaissance thanks to Street Fighter 4. So it’s no surprise that Super Combo Man seeks to combine both genres into a solid experience. Video after the jump.

Super Combo Man is looking to be a great side scroller given out in bite-sized portions.  Having a game be episodic can be both good and bad for the consumer, depending on the cost. Hopefully we’ll hear more about it soon.
