We already know that Microsoft is going to have a big presence there, and given that Sony won’t be attending, it looks like Microsoft could really dominate the event. Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer has revealed on Twitter that we can expect to see Crackdown gameplay in action at the event.

Crackdown was an Xbox 360 exclusive released in early 2007 and featured an open world in which players could take down criminal gangs. The game was released to positive reviews from critics. A sequel, Crackdown 2 was released in 2010 and was once again well received. Here’s hoping Crackdown 3 takes full advantage of the power of the Xbox One. We’ll soon know whether it does when we see it at Gamescom in August.
