While it’s currently available across multiple retailers in Europe, North American copies of PQube’s localization of Steins;Gate will be exclusive to Amazon.
The news was revealed at the end of Steins;Gate North American trailer, which you can check out below. While normal copies of the game will be exclusive to Amazon, gamers can also pre-order the Steins;Gate El Psy Kongroo Edition on Rice Digital.
The El Psy Kongroo Edition is exclusive to Rice Digital and along with a copy of the game comes with a double pin badge set, a Metal Upa Replica, a presentation box for both the replica and the pin badges and a 126 page art book.
Steins;Gate is a visual novel, based on the hit anime series, that follows Okabe Rintaro and a group of teenage scientists who are embroiled in a time travel conspiracy involving a shady organization and the world’s bleak future.
Steins;Gate will be available on Amazon for the PS3 and the PS Vita this August.
