Nintendo Wins Patent Infringement Case Over 3DS

This article is over 10 years old and may contain outdated information

They all claimed Nintendo had infringed on their held patents with the device, and today, they’re all big losers. The International Trade Commission announced today via press release that Nintendo was free and clear of any patent infringement.

Richard Medway, Nintendo of America VP, had this to say on the ruling; “[Our] track record demonstrates we vigorously defend patent lawsuits…[we] continue to develop unique and innovative products while respecting the intellectual property rights of others.”

Well, for them, I suppose any good news is worth something these days.
