Disgaea 5 Gets Two New Trailers and a Launch Day Special Edition

Gotta love a free OST and art book, dood.

Straight off the heels of the new feature reveals for Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance, NISA has unleashed two new character trailers focusing on main players Killia and Seraphina respectively. Killia, whose trailer can be viewed above, has an unknown, dark past and is out for revenge. While he’s fighting to defeat Void Dark, there’s a dark force within him he continues to fight as well. Contrasting his dark and broody nature is the Princess Overlord of Gorgeous Seraphina, who was forced into an arranged marriage with Void Dark. He took away all of her freedom and luxuries, which is why she’s looking for revenge as well. You can check out her trailer below.

That’s not all though. Fans of the Disgaea series will be pleased to know that NISA is also releasing a special “Launch Day” edition for Disgaea 5 when it releases in North America. This limited edition will feature the full game with a reversible cover, 32-page art book, and original soundtrack. The best part? There’s no added cost for the Launch Day edition. If you pre-order the game on Amazon, you will automatically receive the Launch Day edition for no extra charge. NISA certainly knows how to treat their fans and do pre-order bonuses right.

Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance will release Oct. 6 in North America and Oct. 9 in Europe, exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
