Earlier today Xur, Agent of Nine and everyone’s favorite tentacled salesman, took over Destiny‘s Instagram account in order to unveil some sweet new exotics for the upcoming The Taken King. Hour after hour, the mysterious vendor leaked out another amazing looking piece of gear for the masses of guardians all around the world.

From fancy looking armor to slick new weapons, Destiny: The Taken King‘s arsenal is looking pretty impressive. Designs that look like something you’ve never seen before, and interesting bits of lore that go along with them are already beginning to generate hype.

It certainly appears that the folks over at Bungie have taken exotic designs to a whole other level with everything they’ve unveiled today. A heavy Fusion Rifle with a laser that ricochets off of walls, another fusion rifle that shoots sticky exploding rounds capable of wiping out groups, some beautiful new armor for all three classes, and shotgun that is bound to rule the Crucible. The developers have certainly gotten creative, and it looks like guardians around the world will reap the benefits.
