Alien: Isolation Not Going to Wii U

Creative Assembly announced Alien: Isolation yesterday for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC. The game takes place fifteen years after the events of the original Alien and follow Ellen Ripley’s daughter Amanda as she tries to find the truth behind her mother’s disappearance.

Some Q&A on the studio’s official Twitter later in the day revealed that they had no plans for a Wii U version of the game.

Alien Isolation

This may not be very surprising since Creative Assembly has yet to develop for the Wii U or the Nintendo 3DS. This is also indicative of the relative lack of survivor-horror games on the Wii U. What are your thoughts on Creative Assembly’s move? Share them in the comments below!
