There’s nothing like having a good cry is there? Well, frustration-induced crying is probably the worst kind. So you might want to gear up. When you’re at your wits end and are absolutely stuck in Bloodborne or maybe you’re firing up the New Game Plus mode that the developers can’t even beat, just cry it out. You’ll be fine. Make sure you get at least 3 boxes.

A Wrist Strap for your DualShock 4

Remember when the Wii first came out and all of those people kept throwing their Wiimotes into their TVs? While those may have been accidental, your anger at Bloodborne might just bring you to the point of throwing your DS4 at your television. If you somehow get a wrist strap on that bad boy, you won’t have to worry! Well, actually, you might. Remember that the DS4 will be attached to your wrist and while it might not go flying into the TV, it might just go flying towards your face.

If you get the wrist strap, a motorcycle helmet!

For when the DS4 inevitably goes flying towards your face.

Advil (Or Any Other Headache Remedy)

If you’re anything like the other millions of humans on this planet that are prone to frustration-induced headaches, you might want to consider being prepared before you fire up Bloodborne for the first time. Whether you’re the type that treats headaches with Excedrin, Advil, or something like coffee and crying profusely (see suggestion 1), make sure you’re prepared!

A Tasteful Yet Firm “Do Not Disturb” Sign

Do Not Disturb

You wouldn’t want your family to walk in on you hitting yourself in the face with your DS4 with tears swelling from the inside of a motorcycle helmet. Or maybe you don’t care. Chances are, after a few hours of the game you might not care. But for those few hours you do, consider investing in a “Do Not Disturb” sign!

Another Game to Play for When You Inevitably Rage Quit

You’re going to get frustrated. You’re going to hit yourself in the face. You’re going to quit the game several times and question your resolve. Have another game on hold for when you decide you need to play something mindless. I would suggest something like GTA V singleplayer in which you can mindlessly blow things up for hours on end.

A Stress Ball that You’re Comfortable Parting With

Stress balls are always fun! You can squeeze it to your heart’s content whenever you’re feeling a little aggravated. Considering the nature of this game though, you should use a stress ball you’re comfortable with either tearing apart or throwing out the window. Or you can just get another wrist strap for your stress ball. Whatever works for you.

There are countless other items that might help you on your Bloodborne journey, but these are just a few general suggestions! Anything that will soothe your unending rage should work just fine. Good luck with the game, everyone!
