Get That Bodega Cat Suit
Things to Do After Beating Miles Morales
There are not as many suits in Miles Morales as there were in 2018’s Spider-Man game, but the sheer quality of the suits more than makes up for it, especially one suit in particular.
Yes, that’s right. We’re talking about the Bodega Cat Suit, which puts an adorable Spider-Cat in your backpack that pops out occasionally to help Miles with his finishing moves.
It’s one of the most adorable things ever and so worth obtaining once you wrap up the main campaign. You just need to complete the “Cat’s Pajamas” side mission and then Teo will give you the suit once you go over and visit his local bodega.

Try Out New Game + and Ultimate Mode
Things to Do After Beating Miles Morales
Once you complete the main story of Miles Morales, you’ll now be able to play through the story once again, but with all of your skills, suits, and upgrades carried over.
You can also try playing on the newly unlocked Ultimate difficulty mode, which increases the enemy’s aggressiveness, damage output, and max health. This mode is not for the light-hearted but the challenge is there if you want to rise up to it.
It’s also worth mentioning that there is one trophy that’s tied to you having completed the entirety of the game on New Game+, just in case you’re one of those who are after that Platinum trophy. You can always play it on easy mode and breeze through it if you wanted to.
Mess Around With the Photo Mode
Things to Do After Beating Miles Morales
There are way too many options in Spider-Man: Miles Morales’ photo mode to name them all here but there’s a lot you can do to snap the perfect picture of the Brooklyn-raised web-slinger.
If you press the options button on your controller and then hit Photo Mode, you’ll be greeted with very cool settings such as being able to adjust lighting, add stickers, use filters, or even change the frame for posting on social media.
You can use these tools to become the best Miles Morales photographer that NYC has ever seen. Hey, maybe even the Daily Bugle will hire you.
Complete Mom’s Postcard Scavenger Hunt
Things to Do After Beating Miles Morales
Once you wrap up the story in Miles Morales, head back to your apartment and a new set of sidequests will begin that involves Miles looking for hidden postcards that were scattered across the city by Rio, his mother.
The birthday scavenger hunt will take Miles to eight special locations and there’s a very emotional cutscene at the end of it that takes place on an old basketball court where Miles used to play with his father. Get ready for some tears.
Work Towards the Platinum Trophy
Things to Do After Beating Miles Morales
Getting that coveted platinum trophy in Miles Morales is a ton of fun to work towards and I myself am very close to unlocking it. Luckily, Miles Morales’ trophy list does not involve beating the game on a specific difficulty and there’s nothing that’s entirely missable.
The one trophy that’s probably the most annoying to obtain is one called ‘Plus Plus,’ which requires you to beat the game a second time in New Game+. If you play on easy mode, skip all of the skippable cutscenes, and plow through the story quests, you can easily obtain this trophy in less than four hours or so.
And of course, you’ll have to find all of the postcards, time capsules, take down all of the enemy strongholds, and basically clean up every single neighborhood in NYC until you reach 100%.
It sounds difficult, but it’s really not. Sitting down with the game for a weekend or so is more than enough time to see everything the game has to offer.
