How to Get Iron in Outriders

how to get iron, Outriders

Along with Leather, Titanium, and Anomaly Shards, Iron is a crafting resource in Outriders. Most weapons and items in the game require at least some Iron to craft.

Iron is a resource you’ll both harvest from the world itself and as a bonus for dismantling weapons and items.

Typically, most of the Iron you’ll make use of during the early game is from that Iron is found by harvesting Ore Veins and dismantling weapons. You can see an example of an Ore Vein in the picture above.

Ore itself is actually just a catalyst for different resources; in addition to dropping Iron, it can occasionally drop Titanium. Although, the latter is a rare drop.

As for where to find Ore Veins, we’ve found that they appear in the same places in each area, and they also respawn, which makes them simple enough to farm once you know a handful of ore locations close to one another.

That’s everything you need to know on how to get Iron in Outriders. If you’re still looking for more tips, tricks, and guides, head over to our guide wiki, or search Twinfinite for all of our latest coverage.
