Woven Fiber is one of the many materials you’re going to need in Grounded fairly early on. It’s used to make things like axes, which you’ll need to cut through longer blades of grass. You’ll need to do this to get the Mysterious Machine working fairly early on. In this guide, we’ll quickly run you through what you need to know on how to get Woven Fiber in Grounded.
Getting Woven Fiber in Grounded
To get Woven Fiber, you’ll first need to find Plant Fiber in Grounded. This can literally be found all over the garden by looking for the small sapling-looking plants growing out of the ground.
When you find one of these, press X to add the Plant Fiber to your inventory. Once this is done, you’ll want to return to your Analyzer, which is the computer in that small camp you first come across in Grounded.
Place the Plant Fiber inside your Analayzer and once the process is done, you’ll then unlock the Woven Fiber crafting recipe.
You’ll need three Plant Fiber to make a Woven Fiber, which can then be done by pressing the ‘View’ button (left of the main Xbox button on your controller) and going to the crafting menu. Select Woven Fiber and press A to craft it.
You’ll need three Plant Fiber to make one Woven Fiber, but as it’s so common, you shouldn’t have an issue racking a ton up nice and quickly. You’re now free to chop down that large blade of grass that was obstructing one of the lasers of the Mysterious Machine.
