How to Equip & Get Ash Elite Skin in Rainbow Six Siege
Rainbow Six Siege has kicked things up a level thanks to its major Operation Chimera update hitting PC, PS4, and Xbox One earlier this week. Unfortunately, one of the issues players have been struggling with getting and equipping is the Ash Elite skin that Ubisoft offered up for free as an apology to fans following the backlash over the plans to change Siege’s pricing. To give you a helping hand and clear up the confusion, we’re going to run you through how to equip and get the Ash Elite skin in Rainbow Six Siege.
First things first, you need to make sure that you play a match on Rainbow Six Siege before March 6. Unfortunately, if you’re reading this now, you might be too late. Win or lose, doesn’t matter. Once you’ve done this, you’ll then need to make your way to the collection screen to receive your Ash Elite skin. It might be available again in another way, at a later time.
At this point, we should state that Ubisoft did have some issues distributing the Ash Elite skin yesterday. It’s now pushing the skin out to all eligible players, 1 million of them at a time, so check Rainbow Six Siege again soon and it should be with you soon enough. Be patient!
To equip the Ash Elite skin, you’ll first need to head to the ‘Operators’ tab at the top of the screen. From here, select Ash (of course), and then make your way down to the Uniforms option under ‘Management & Customization.’ Select the Elite skin for the character and you should see her decked out in her stylish new threads.
That’s all you need to know to get and equip the Ash Elite skin in Rainbow Six Siege. For more on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
