How to Get Overwatch League Skins in Overwatch

Recommended Videos

Today officially marks the start of the Overwatch League, the real-life tournament pitting some of the world’s best players against one another. Fans of Blizzard’s hero-centric shooter will likely be tuning in to watch the action unfold live, and chances are you’ll have your favorite team you’ll be cheering on. You’ll also no doubt get really in the mood to fire up the game in between matches, and wouldn’t it be lovely if you could rep one of the new Overwatch League skins to show your pride in your team? Here’s how to get Overwatch League skins in the game.

First off, it’s worth noting that Overwatch League skins aren’t gotten in loot boxes like the other character skins. Instead, these will be earned with League Tokens, and you’ll need 100 of them for just one of the new skins. Fortunately, you’ll get 100 League Tokens for free for simply booting the game up before Feb. 13. After that, you’ll need to pay $5 for another 100 Tokens. You can get more tokens and cut the cost a little bit, but it’s still going to run you up a hefty bill if you want the full set all the same.

That’s all you need to do to get Overwatch League skins in the game. For more on Overwatch League, as well as just general tips and tricks for the game itself, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
