Are There New Trophies & Achievements in Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris

Recommended Videos

The base game for Destiny 2 has a deceiving list of achievements and trophies that may lure you into a false sense of security if you’re thinking you can power through and nab them all pretty quickly. While Destiny 2 launched with far fewer achievements and trophies than the first game, they still present a solid challenge to anyone who is itching to have another platinum trophy added to their collection. As such, many Guardians may be wondering if the new Curse of Osiris expansion will add any more achievements or trophies for players to nab on their adventure.

Well, we have some bad news for you. While Destiny 2’s Curse of Osiris DLC may add in a bunch of new content including story missions, exotic weapons, and upcoming Raid content, it doesn’t feature any trophies or achievements. While this may be disappointing to some players, chances are that only the major future expansions (the equivalent of The Taken King and Rise of Iron for Destiny 1) will feature new achievements or trophies for players to grab.

That’s all you need to know regarding Curse of Osiris and any achievements or trophies you may have been hoping to get along the way. For more on Destiny 2 and its Curse of Osiris expansion, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
