FIFA 18: How to Get a Beta Code

How to Get a Beta Code for FIFA 18

Recommended Videos

A bunch of players in both the US and UK have just been sent emails from EA with a closed beta code for FIFA 18. With the new title just around the corner, many fans will be wondering exactly what you needed to do to get a closed beta code for FIFA 18, as well as if it’s still possible to get one now.

Well, we have some bad news. In the official announcement from EA’s Community Manager, it was stated that “We only have enough codes for the players that we sent emails to. If you didn’t get an email with a beta code, our Advisors won’t be able to give you one, nor do we have any available on the forums.” As such, if you’ve already checked your email linked to your EA account and don’t have one, you’re fresh out of luck.

To have a chance of getting a beta code for future titles, you’ll want to take note of the following. For the FIFA 18 closed beta, it was revealed that those who got codes were “players in the US and the UK who opted-in to get EA emails.” If you hadn’t opted-in to these emails before the beta codes were sent out for FIFA 18, you’ll have no chance of getting your hands on one. Be sure to change this here if you’re interested in getting a beta code in future.
