How to Unlock More Characters in Injustice 2 Mobile

While fighting fans will have to wait until May 16 to get their hands on the console version of Injustice 2, there’s a way to make the time pass a little quicker. Injustice 2 Mobile is now out and allows players to take the fight with them on the go. While you’ll start off with a Harley Quinn and Batman duo, players will want to know how to unlock more characters in Injustice 2 Mobile.

Like many other free-to-play titles, you can unlock more fighters through random chests. A Hero Chest will cost you 150 Power Gems (those pink crystal-lookin’ things) from the Injustice 2 Mobile store. These will always contain a character for you to use but be warned, you may end up with a duplicate of a fighter you already have.

Alternatively, you can try your look with the Basic Chests. These contain completely random rewards and are available for you to get for free every three hours. If you’d rather not wait, though, you can pay 4000 Credits for one, or 40,000 Credits for 10.

The other way to unlock more characters in Injustice 2 Mobile is through Hero Shards. By unlocking and completing a set of Hero Shards for a particular character, you can either unlock them as another fighter in your roster, or level them up if you’ve already unlocked them.

That’s all you need to know to unlock more characters in Injustice 2 Mobile. For more tips, tricks, and information on the game, as well as its upcoming console version, be sure to check back with Twinfinite.
