The Sims 4: Where to Buy Books For Your Sims

The Sims 4 of course allows you to build bookcases and shelves all around your household. However, things have changed with how you can get their hands on new books. Now, in order to buy new books, your sims must do it directly through the bookshelf or bookcase. That’s right. Just click the bookshelf or bookcase and click Buy. You’ll be able to buy based on genre, with the books necessary to increase skills under Skill. Once bought, the books appear right in your inventory.

It’s a little weird, but it makes buying new books easy! No longer do your sims need to go to the bookstore. Although, it would make sense for EA to add the option to buy them online.

Oh, and if you just want to read the new books, you can simply go to the local library and read them all there. No need to necessarily buy them!
