The First Episode of Minecraft: Story Mode Hits Most Platforms this October

With the season finales of Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones both looming overhead, plus the previously announced mini-series The Walking Dead: Michonne, Telltale Games certainly has a lot planned for the rest of 2015. Among their many upcoming projects up is the pixely collaboration with Mojang, Minecraft: Story Mode, and they’ve just popped the lid on when we can expect the first episode.

Episode 1, titled The Order of the Stone, is slated for a worldwide release on Oct. 13 for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Two days later, on Oct. 15, the episode will follow on compatible iOS and Android devices. Minecraft: Story Mode also be coming to the Vita and Wii U, but launch details for those platforms have not yet been revealed.
