GTA Heists 4.8GB Xbox One Patch Has New Achievements

Patching up before a heists? I think that's the wrong way around boss.

People are getting themselves ready for something that’s been a long time coming. It isn’t the second coming of some deity or the announcement of a new Firefly series (no matter how much we wish it were true). It’s those sneaky heists in GTA V‘s online portion. You know, the ones we were all promised since what feels like the dawn of time.

People who are already being given the option to download the patch which will bring heists to GTA Online are reporting that the patch on Xbox One is somewhere around 4.8 gigabytes in size. There’s no word as to the size of that patch on PlayStation 4 but it wouldn’t be insane to speculate it’ll be about the same. On the flipside though, Xbox 360 downloaders are reporting a much more modest patch of 1.2 gigabytes.

Perhaps of more interest to those who are eyeing up GTA Online‘s Heists are new achievements. Website XboxAchievements spotted a total of 250 additional GamerScore available from 9 new achievements. These include some like investing your own hard-earned cash to start a heist off, splitting cash equally between all those who participate, and spending a buttload of money on cars.

Heists are coming to GTA Online tomorrow across all platforms. Will you be getting involved? Let us know in the comments down below.
