Those who pre-ordered the slightly more expensive Vault Edition version of Modern Warfare 2 will get access to the FJX Cinder Weapon Blueprint, the Red Team 141 Operator Pack, and the upcoming Season One Battle Pass, which should be unlocked in your inventory as soon as you boot up the game, as long as the bonus content is installed on your system.

However, some players are currently experiencing an issue that makes these exclusive items not appear in the game. For those experiencing this bug, here’s how to fix it.

Restore the Game’s Licence on PlayStation

On PlayStation, follow these steps:

  • Head over to your ‘Settings’.
  • Then go to ‘User and Accounts’.
  • Go to ‘Other’.
  • Finally, go to ‘Restore Licences’

Per Activision, this should hopefully resolve the issue:

Reboot Your PC or Xbox

If you’re playing on PC or Xbox, many players are saying that rebooting their platform has helped to fix the issue. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, we’d suggest contacting Activision’s support team, who’ll hopefully walk you through another solution.

So, there you have it. We hope this helped you to get your mitts on those Vault Edition bonus cosmetics in CoD Modern Warfare 2. For more on the game, here’s how to fix the audio bug that is rearing its head for some players. Alternatively, feel free to check out the relevant links down below.
