The hunt is about to begin once more in Apex Legends. The Beast of Prey event will go live in just a few short days, the latest collection event. Players can earn and unlock new beastly cosmetics, engage in a brand new game mode, Gun-Run, and more. Today, however, we’re here to answer the question of when the Beast of Prey Collection Event starts and ends in Apex Legends.
When Does the Beast of Prey Collection Event Begin?
As mentioned above, the event will go live in just a few short days, but when exactly does it go live? To be precise, the event will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, at the daily reset. You can tell when the daily reset will occur by going into your missions tab and looking at your daily missions.
The time left over indicates how long until the daily reset will occur, thus changing your missions to the next set for the day. So, for example, typically, the daily reset for Eastern Daylight Time in the United States would be around 1 pm. The event will then go live in-game.
When Does the Beast of Prey Collection Event End?
So now we know when the event will begin, now we need to discuss how long you have to play it until it ends. According to the official Apex Legends website, the Beast of Prey Collection Event will end two weeks later, on Oct. 4, 2022. So in total, the event runs from this coming Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, to Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022. This also applies to the new game mode, Gun-Run, as well.
What Rewards Can you Earn During the Beast of Prey Collection Event?
As per tradition, the game offers numerous rewards for all to earn when it comes to collection events in Apex Legends. These rewards include new Legendary skins for Lifeline, Horizon, Mirage, Pathfinder, Octane, and Loba, although there could be more for other characters. On top of that, the characters mentioned above also have unique new Legendary skins for specific guns.
You can acquire some of these rewards by playing through the event and earning the necessary points to unlock the Beast of Prey Apex Packs. All Beast of Prey rewards will be available to buy with direct purchase, either with Apex Coins or Crafting Materials. If you unlock all 24 rewards, you will earn the brand new Heirloom for Loba.
