The Vimana Agama World Quest in Genshin Impact has many complex puzzles and mandatory tasks that you must finish for a bigger mission of the game. With this guide, we’ll help you along your journey and provide details about each arc of this long adventure.
Genshin Impact Vimana Agama Quest Guide
When exploring the Devantaka Mountains in the Sumeru map, you’ll see the waypoint for the Vimana Agama World Quest, a mission that is a part of Aranyaka: Part 2. Since this Genshin Impact storyline has various adventures and battles, we’ll break down each chapter to help you with this task.
Vimana Agama: First Chapter
Players will have to venture around the mountains to find “strange spots” illuminated with an arrow throughout the area. A few of them are easy to find, but sometimes the game requires you to use the Four-Leaf Sigils and tree bridges to get to the designated location.
You’ll meet Jazari later down the line, who will help you find an ancient Amiti Device to open a Ruin Golem. Players must travel with him to Port Ormos and barter with a merchant, Royinjan, for a mysterious mechanism that costs 500,000 Mora. Be sure to choose a price that’s best for you.
Once this interaction is over, he will tell you about a secret base in Vimara Village, resulting in the next step of the quest in Genshin Impact.
Vimana Agama: Royinjan’s Chapter
As you make your way to the secret base, you’ll have to play the Rhythm of Vamadha to clear a blockage, similar to the minigame, Rhythm of the Great Dream. After you do this, hit the barrier with any attack to ‘Turn the Vamadha.’
In this cave, you’ll dig up the Amiti Device that will be marked with a waypoint, unlocking two more sub-missions for the Vimana Agama quest. Players will have to finish the storylines, Royinjan’s Chapter: Linga and Royinjan’s Chapter: Yoni, to progress further with this particular task.
Royinjan’s Chapter: Linga
The entrance to the submerged cave can be found near the Teleport Waypoint within Devantaka Mountains (you should see an entryway right next to it.) You’ll have to follow two Seelies that will later unlock the water draining mechanism: one is near the water below you, and the other is inside a room underneath the cube tool.
After some time, one of the Seelies will be high above a Bouncy Mushroom, and you’ll need to use one of your Electro users on it to boost your jump.
Once you finally drain the water, there is a cave directly underneath this specific location, where you must play the Rhythm of Vamadha and hit a large rock to trigger another cube tool. By doing this interaction, players will now have the first mechanical component for Royinjan’s Chapter.
Royinjan’s Chapter: Yoni
The next mechanical component is within the same cave where you first encountered Jazari, and you can use the Four-Leaf Sigils to guide you to the designated location. Unfortunately, the entryway is blocked by a barrier, and you must use the Dendrograna source near it to bring the structure down.
Next, players will need to clean up a Withering Zone in order to obtain the mechanical component, therefore finishing the rest of this mission.
Once you acquire the two mechanical components, you will return to the secret base and talk to Royinjan to get the fragments of the Amiti Device.
Vimana Agama: Jazari’s Chapter
The next phase of this Genshin Impact mission is Jazari’s Chapter, the final part of this Ruin Golem saga. One of the first things you’ll do is activate the relays below the large circular structure (defeat the enemy there to move around freely.)
When you activate the relays, you must go to the middle level to connect all four of them, triggering an elevator mechanism that can take you up there. The puzzle with this level is tricky, and you’ll need to move around back and forth to complete this goal.
- Grab the energy stone from the relay that doesn’t have a gate.
Most of the relays are blocked by a gate that can only be opened when you have enough energy resources, and you must trigger them gradually to connect all four of them.
- Go to the next relay that only requires one energy stone to enter.
Obtain the energy stone from the second relay and close the gate. You should now have two elements to unlock the following mechanism.
- Unlock the third relay.
After you place the energy sources in the third relay, you should have three elements floating around you to activate the last one. Then, go back to all the previous relays and start them (the last one is the mechanism that doesn’t have a gate.)
Once you activate all the relays, you’ll initiate a battle with the Black Serpent Knight and do another puzzle, where you can use the elevator near Jazari to get to the top level. Players can obtain the first power source in the relay to unlock the gate to the right, which has the second energy component that triggers the other mechanism.
You’ll finally enter the large circular structure to start the Ruin Golem, thus completing Jazari’s Chapter in Genshin Impact.
Vimana Agama: Dev Delver Chapter
Players will discover a new area underneath the arm of the Ruin Golem, located in a cave with a Teleport Waypoint. During this time, you’ll have to defeat Abyss Mages at three locations, who are responsible for the disease that plagues the forest.
It’s best to have a Hydro and Pyro character in your party since you’ll need to eliminate enemies with certain elements. At some point, you’ll also have to stop the Abyss Lector: Violet Lightning to turn the evil device off and save the land.
