When Does Zora (Amunet) Release in Dislyte?

Emergence of the Flow meta.

If you’re wondering when Zora, AKA Amunet, is releasing in Dislyte, here’s everything you need to know.

As part of the newly announced Bloody Hunt update, Dislyte will be getting three new Espers: two Epics, and one Legendary. There’s plenty of new content to look forward to as well, so let’s get into it.

Dislyte Zora (Amunet) Release Date

Zora will be releasing in Dislyte on July 12. Lilith Games has just announced that the game will be undergoing maintenance for a couple of hours, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. UTC, which would be around 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. Eastern Time.

During this time, players won’t be able to log in, but we will be getting 200 Nexus Crystals as compensation after the update is live.

This release schedule makes sense, considering the time frame in which the last two characters were announced and released. The first banner character, Ollie, was announced on May 24, and released on the following Tuesday, on May 31. And the second banner character, Ahmed, was also announced a week before his release on Tuesday, June 21.

With all that in mind, it’s probably safe to assume that all future characters will be announced a week before release, and they’ll drop on the following Tuesday.

All Zora Abilities in Dislyte

In the patch notes, we got a sneak peek at some of Zora’s abilities in the game:

  • Keen Edge: Deals damage to all enemies subject to the caster’s ATK, steals HP based on damage dealt, and inflicts Diseased. The fewer the targets, the higher the damage.
  • Dark Descent: Attacks one target multiple times. Deals damage based on ATK, increases damage upon a Crit and gains SPD Up. Has a chance of casting Keen Edge based on the caster’s HP.
  • Galactic Rush: Deals damage to all enemies based on the caster’s ATK and inflicts Buff Blocker on them. Has a chance of casting Keen Edge based on the caster’s HP.

At first glance, Zora almost feels like a cross between Chloe and Tang Xuan, with powerful (but random) multi-hit abilities that also inflict Diseased and prevent buffs from getting applied. She has nice synergy within her own kit as well, allowing her to potentially follow up with Keen Edge to keep applying the Diseased effect.

What’s in the Bloody Hunt Update?

Zora is a new Flow-attuned Esper, and she’ll be joined by Azure Dragon and Aurelius, two other Flow-attuned DPS Espers in the Epic tier. These two characters will also be added to the general pool, but only Zora will have a rate-up during the duration of her event.

Just like with the Ahmed banner, the pity is set at 450 pulls, where you’re guaranteed to get her on your 450th pull. All Legendary pulls have a 10% chance of being her prior to hitting pity.

In addition to that, we’re also getting a new game mode called Desolate Lands and a relic boost system. The relic boost will allow players to choose which substats they want to improve on their relics, which would be a welcome addition as the current system is too reliant on RNG and results in a lot of time spent farming.

The Desolate Lands is a new game mode that will be available to level 50 players, and is accessible via the Trials menu. It consists of three solo challenges: Shadowgale, Shadowstream, and Shadowfire. Each player will be able to select up to six Espers for each fight.

After completing the stage, each player will be rewarded based on how much damage they dealt to the boss.

We’ll also be getting a new event called Bloody Hunt, which revolves around Zora and Xiao Yin as they journey to the Mystic Mountains. Similar to the Ollie and Ahmed events, players will get to check out new event maps and farm for Merit Badges, which can be exchanged for rewards, including the new Epic Esper Aurelius himself.
