We’ve reached week nine of the Resistance questline in Fortnite, folks. While the season is starting to wind down towards the end, the quests are still going strong. This time we will be handling how to download personnel files from old IO Servers in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2.

As with any Resistance quest first you must jump through the one hoop to progress. This time we must “Establish Device Uplink near Command Cavern.” Here are the spots on the map for this.
We went to north spot to try to avoid the crowds that typically drop right into Command Cavern. You will find the Hologram Audio Log on this hill with a clear view of the north Command Cavern entrance.

- With the Hologram Audio Log collected your new objective is to “Download personnel files from the old IO Servers.”
There are three spots for you to get this done.
- All of these spots are inside Command Cavern, but the far left spot is the best choice as in that section of the map there aren’t that many IO forces to hassle you.
You will be looking for this area/building.
- Go down the middle of the area to these stairs.
On the other side of the door will be the Old IO Server you need to use.
- Here is what the Old IO Server looks like.
- Using the IO Server will give you two options either Next Entry to Examine Entry.
Keep hitting Next Entry until you find “the_order.csv.”
- The game will automatically put the selection on “Examine Entry” and hitting the button shown at the bottom of the screen will complete the quest.
